Another Friday and another half hour exercise on the Wii Fit. My BMI has gone up slightly, but have gained less than a pound (last night's Chinese food?). Burned off 95kcal today, plus 1994 steps to the supermarket and back. It's cold out there.
I'm feeling fitter than when I started this last week. I'd like to see more pounds drop off, but I'm glad to not be gaining lots.
