Hmmm... A mixed result today. Another half an hour exercise on the Wii Fit, and 133 kCal burned, but my weight has gone up 2lbs. That means I need to lose 6lbs for my first target. Now I understand weight can fluctuate during the day by a couple of pounds, and I did weigh myself slightly earlier than the last couple of days, but even so that's not good.
Last night's meal was pasta chicken carbonara. Need a lighter meal tonight I think.
