Day 4 and I'm pleased that I am still doing half an hour a day of exercise. It feels like a slow start, but I am sure I will see the benefits in the long run. I hope to be able to continue, although the Christmas holidays may be a bit of a hiccup.
No increase in weight today - yeah! and another 93kCal burned. Cutting out some of the favourite foods will be hard, but the odd treat will keep me going. Hopefully next week will see a drop in weight.
